In keeping with our Green Initiatives and to ensure our vision comes to long-term fruition, the homes at Spirits Reach have been designed to blend seamlessly with the natural environment. This means using natural and local building materials to minimize the environmental expense of importing materials from far afield. It also means harnessing alternative (renewable) energy sources and minimizing noise and light pollution, during construction.
